Hlalele Management & Auditing Services (Pty) Ltd is a 100% Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Company, level 1 rated, and an SME which was founded in 2009 and relaunched in 2017. The company was founded to provide a service to industry with regard to SHEQ Management Systems The Company was first bought as a shelf-company and had assumed the name Quintocap which was later changed to Hlalele Management & Auditing Services (Pty) Ltd.

Hlalele Management & Auditing Services founder and sole proprietor, Mr. Tebogo Matobako has more than 17 years experience in the field of SHEQ Management consultancy and training in the filed of nuclear, mining and factory processes and retail industries.

. Hlalele’s Managing Director currently holds the following qualifications:

  • National Diploma in Biomedical Technology (Peninsula Technikon)
  • National Diploma in Environmental Health (Peninsula Technikon)
  • BTech Degree in Environmental Health (Peninsula Technikon)
  • Advanced Certificate in Industrial Environmental Management and Cost Optimisation in Industry (Carl Duisberg Gesselchaft and BREGAU Institute – Germany)
  • Masters Degree in Environmental Management (University of the Free State

Apart from its consulting work, Hlalele Management & Auditing Services (Pty) Ltd conducts 3rd party certification audits on behalf of the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) and the National Quality Assurance (NQA). NQA is the second largest certification body in the United Kingdom (UK) after the British Standard Institute (BSI).
